To get information about the whereabouts of Irenni Elendis, you and Mirri will have to retrieve (steal) an Antique Inkwell from the bank for Mirtulivon. The inkwell is on the second floor where Seviel is.
He will comment as you walk up the stairs:
- Seviel Andril: "Barge in why don't you? It's not like I'm trying to work."
You can then talk to Seviel, it turns out the business with the inkwell is very well known within the bank:
- "This is a private office. Well, as private as an office could be that has no door, or walls, and barely fits a desk.
I used to work in a much larger bank." - I'm just admiring the decor.
- "Of course you are. Let me guess, Mirtulivon's still trying to get his antique inkwell back. I swear, ever since Under-Root won that cursed thing it's been one bother after another.
I suppose it makes a nice distraction from the tedium." - I hear gold makes a pleasant distraction. Maybe you could count yours somewhere else? [Pay 69

If he is bribed, he will move from his desk[verification needed — see talk page] to count his sudden windfall, leaving you free to take the inkwell:
- Seviel Andril: "I'll just be over here, counting my gold."
If you decline to bribe him, the conversation ends and you can no longer talk to him. You can then steal the inkwell from the desk, Seviel will comment if he sees you:
- Seviel Andril: "Ugh, just take it, but I'll be informing the authorities. Eventually."
