The Seasons of the Worm Cult (also known as the Worm Cult Saga) is the eighth main story arc of the Elder Scrolls Online, and is the direct continuation of the original Main Quest storyline. It is included in the 2025 Content Pass, the first season pass for ESO. Seasons of the Worm Cult will be a mix of theme story content, dungeons, and an in-game event.
Seasons of the Worm Cult will feature the return of fan favorite characters, many who are allies aiding the Stirk Fellowship that seek to combat the forces of the resurrected Worm Cult, the main antagonists of the year who seek to utilize devices known as Soul Reapers for mass soul harvesting to get back in Molag Bal's good graces. Investigations will take us to the island of Solstice, where the Worm Cult seeks is laying siege to the island. The western part of Solstice will is a tropical paradise from where the Stirk Fellowship will make their base of operations, as they attempt to breach past the massive Writing Wall, into the eastern half of Solstice from where the Worm Cult has the bulk of their operations.
Seasons of the Worm Cult is split into two parts. The Worm Cult Saga includes the Fallen Banners dungeon pack, Western Solstice, the Writhing Wall Event, Feast of Shadows dungeon pack, and ends at Eastern Solstice.
