Detailed WalkthroughEdit
While traveling south of Riverhold, you'll come across Elianna Pevengius. She's a poor legion widow whose late husband's backpack has been stolen by the Ruddy Fangs. It contains his personal effects, and she wants them back.
The backpack is located on top of a crate in the Ruddy Fangs' camp at the Sleeping Badger, east of Elianna's location. When you have it, head north towards Riverhold and meet her in the Banished Regrets Inn. Give her the backpack for a modest reward.
