Rkulftzel is a Dwemer ruin in the northern Alik'r Desert, south of Tava's Blessing. The ruin's interior is home to a special crafting site, where you may craft items in the Song of Lamae set.
A "Curious Dwemer Rubble" pile can be found in Rkulftzel's interior, left of the clothing station, and can be looted for the Antiquity lead for Dwarven Spine-Coupling.
