Resplendent Rootmender and its preceding achievements are earned by completing daily quests for Tuwul in Root-Whisper Village in Murkmire. There are five quests in total, each of which can only be done once per day, though you will only receive one of them on any given day unless you share quests with other players in a group. The relevant quests are:
Aloe That Heals: Collect some aloe plants for the Root-Whisper tribe healers.- Envoys Who Cower: Search for the missing Root-Whisper envoys in Blackguard Caravan.
- Leather That Protects: Gather some hackwing hides for the Root-Whisper warriors and hunters.
- Mushrooms That Nourish: Collect some mushrooms from Blight Bog Sump.
- Offerings That Hide: Retrieve some stolen offerings for the Root-Whisper tribe.
Earning the "Resplendent Rootmender" achievement will allow you to purchase a Banner, Root-Whisper (page) for your house. It costs 10,000 and can be purchased from Harnwulf in Lilmoth.
