An Ayleid well can be found in the Southern Niben Basin region of Ebonheart Territory, along the road between the Bay Bridge and the Lunar Fang Docks crossings. At the base of the well is a journal, and its apparent owner is Atia Tucca of Weynon Priory.
Travel to Weynon Priory and find Atia near the center, at a brazier where pilgrims are praying. She is distressed at the lack of progress due to her lost work, and becomes elated when she finds out you have her Notebook. Hand over the book to receive your reward.
