Mindshriven Spellfiends are mindshriven prisoners who have been turned into spellfiends. They are found in the Imperial City Prison, and count towards the Mindshriven Slayer achievement.

- Entropic Flare
- A basic ranged ability that deals low magic damage.
- Flurry
- A series of quick swipes that each deal minor physical damage in a cone in front of itself.
- Devastating Leap
- The spellfiend jumps up in the air and leaps at the target, knocking them down and dealing moderate physical damage. This attack can be blocked to reduce the damage and prevent the knockdown and set the enemy off balance.
- Teleport Strike
- The spellfiend briefly turns invisible, teleports behind you and attacks, dealing moderate physical damage before reappearing.
- Destructive Release
- The spellfiend charge themselves up before releasing purple magic around them with force, as indicated by a large red circular AoE, dealing moderate magical damage and stunning you. This attack can be interrupted to set the spellfiend off-balance.
