The Hissmir Mages Guild

The Hissmir Mages Guild is an outdoor area where the local branch of the Mages Guild is set up. It is situated on the northwestern corner of an Argonian xanmeer which houses Hissmir settlement. An alchemy station and an enchanting table found here are not operable. Two book stacks contain a tome on Daedric Cults and a letter. Members of the local Fighters Guild appear to be guarding the mages.
