Lady Belain is a Breton Vampire Lord who may be encountered as a boss within the Infinite Archive. Her original manifestation can be found during the Markarth main quest as the principal antagonist.

- Lady Belain opens his arms wide then dashes forward, dealing damage in a area that knocks down and stun targets hit.

- Lady Belain smashes her fists on the ground, sending a shockwave of green Void energy blasting outward and dealing moderate damage. Roll dodge or get out of range to avoid.
- Vampiric Wail
- Lady Belain screams, sending a shockwave of green Void energy rippling in a cone-shaped area in front of her. Move out from in front of her to avoid.
