Jarl Hjurgol Skjoralmor is a Nord and the ruler of Falkreath Hold. He can be found in the Jarl's Hall at the end of the dungeon. He is the descendant of Bjarfrud Skjoralmor and Thane Eerika Skjoralmor's father. An alcoholic grieving over his late wife, the Jarl is not generally well-liked by his people, and has drunkenly barricaded himself within his hall to let the city's forces handle the defense against the siege.

When you enter the Jarl's Hall, he addresses you.
- Jarl Skjoralmor: "I said to keep the fight out there! Oh, you aren't my guards. Nor are you Reachmen. We've won then?"
This occurs promptly before Domihaus the Bloody-Horned bursts into the hall and fatally crushes him.
- Domihaus the Bloody-Horned: "This hall. Is mine!"
Once Domihaus is defeated, Eerika Skjoralmor will enter the hall and grieve over her father, then deliver a speech to the city's defenders upon being proclaimed the new Jarl.
