The Inmates summoned by Ibomez the Flesh Sculptor are technically hostile, but will not attack you, instead focusing on walking over to Ibomez as he calls them to him. They can be killed swiftly with flesh grenades. If they are not killed, they will be transformed into flesh atronachs.
