Iced Enemies is awarded for freezing a total of 60 enemies using Freeze Circles casted by Mazandi in Scrivener's Hall on Veteran difficulty.
Mazandi joins the group at the Deadlands rift and sticks with it until the end of the dungeon. While in combat, she will occasionally place Freeze Circles on the ground. Luring any enemy into the circle will cause it to explode and freeze all hostiles nearby.
