Hinzuur is a Redguard messenger sent by Kasura. He can be found outside the Sisters of the Sands Inn in Sentinel.

Why is a blademaster interested in me?

"I do not have all the details, but I believe it has something to do with a Dragonguard tomb. A former student seeks a solution to the threat facing Elsweyr among the remains of that ancient order, and Kasura agreed to assist him."

Blademaster Kasura has recovered much of her strength and started rebuilding the Abbey of Blades. We lost many, yes... but we have not given up hope."

It's strange that Kasura is interested in a Dragonguard tomb.

Speak to him before speaking to Kasura and he'll say:

If you have spoken with Kasura already and return to him, Hinzurr will suggest you speak his teacher for more information:

"If you have any questions about your task, Blademaster Kasura would be the one to answer them. I am simply her humble student."

After the quest, Peri can be found next to him.

"Blademaster Kasura has requested that I guide you to the Valley of Blades. We can depart whenever you're ready."
