Sorry, thought you were another flat-tooth here to give me guff about these killings." - You seem awful touchy.
- "I got enough dung heaped on me from these damn High Elves before the bodies started piling up. Now they're eying me like some damned rabid dog and badgering me with a bunch of ignorant chuff.
How about you let me get back to my business now, yeah?"
After the investigation:
- "Killer's gone, so back to the usual sneers, I guess."
