Furil Faryon is a Dark Elf who can be found in Quarantine Serk. He is here with Earila Faryon, who brought him here so Furil could get the cure for the Llodos plague. He cannot be spoken to, but he can be heard talking with Earila. Both he and Earila will disappear after Bad Medicine is completed.

Furil despairs about his condition before Earile puts a stop to it:
- Furil Faryon: "Is this the place? Quarantine Serk?"
- Earila Faryon: "We're almost there. Soon, the Maulborn will give us the cure!"
- Furil Faryon: "If they get to me in time."
- Earila Faryon: "Of course they will. You'll be fine."

- Earila Faryon: "Don't say it. There's a cure. There has to be."
