Four Skull Lookout is a Nordic ruin found in the Reach, located northeast of Rebel's Retreat. The Ghostsong Clan can be found here, conducting a communion ritual with Voidmother Elgroalif.

A copy of The Crown of Freydis on a table to the southeast. A chest can be found east of the ritual. A heavy sack can be found to the southwest. A cooking fire is located in the stone structure to the north. A chest can spawn by the stone pillar in front of the barrow behind the Ghostsong's ritual, on the north side.
