Enzir of the Vanquished is a Dremora who leads the Vanquished, a group of outcast Dremora found in The Shambles. Enzir is located in the southeastern section of the district, on a platform above a group of Vanquished at the intersection of four tunnels.

- A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.
- Ice Cage
- Enzir of the Vanquished summons a ring of frost around itself that does moderate frost damage over time to all players in the red circle.
- Impending Storm
- Enzir of the Vanquished charges up and releases lightning from itself as indicated by red circles. This attack does moderate shock damage to all enemies hit. This attack can be interrupted to set the enemy off balance or simply avoided.
