The Dwemer Style is a crafting skill that can only be learned by reading the book Crafting Motif 15: Dwemer Style or its individual chapters. These chapters (or rarely the entire book) can be looted from dwemer pots and dwemer urns, usually found in Dwemer Ruins (though they can be found in other locations). Learning this style requires a rank of 9 or higher in Metalworking, Tailoring or Woodworking.
Crafting Dwemer items requires a Dwemer Frame. Dwemer Frames can refined from ten pieces of Dwemer Scrap, which can drop from automatons. Like all styles, it is purely cosmetic. Items will have the same stats regardless of the style you use.
It was made available in the Crown Store for 5,000 on (?).
