General Nedras says the Dominion's first priority in the Imperial City is destroying the dark anchors in the upper city. Before we can do that, though, we need to figure out how to destroy them.

You would have found Narnolas' body with his notes beside him. You'd need to examine the corpse.

I should take the notes to Captain Pudazi.

You would then need to find Captain Pudazi in the Market District Hideout.

  • The item description for Narnolas' Notes reads: These are the notes the mage Narnolas wrote, explaining how to destroy the Daedric anchors in the Imperial City.
