The nobles now have the wolf's woe plants. Unfortunately, the bandits set traps all around the estate. The nobles will never be able to slip out past those traps or the bandits.
Quick WalkthroughEdit
- Locate the Hunting Horn.
- Create a diversion by burning the bandit's supplies.
- Disarm the traps and sound the horn.
- Report to Captain Farlivere.
Detailed WalkthroughEdit
The Hostages EscapeEdit
Speak with Arcady Noellaume to find out what to do. Go to the upper floor and open the chest in the west corner to get the hunting horn, then leave the estate. Disarm any five traps around the camp then head west and burn the archery platform. Now go southeast down the wooden path and burn the longboat at the bottom. Finally sound the hunting horn then go and speak with Captain Farlivere to complete the quest.

Lord Arcady Noellaume suggested I use his hunting horn to signal when it's safe for them to make their escape. The horn is upstairs. I should retrieve it before I head out to deal with the Red Rooks.
Objective: Find the Hunting Horn
|
|
I need to disarm the traps to clear a path for the hostages. I should also create a diversion. Burning the Red Rooks' boat and archery platform should distract the bandits. Plus, the smoke will make it hard for the bandits to spot the nobles.
Objective: Disarm Red Rook Traps: 0/5
Objective: Burn the Archery Platform
Objective: Burn the Longboat
|
|
I cleared the traps from the path and caused enough destruction to distract the Red Rooks. Now I need to sound the hunting horn to signal the nobles to move out.
Objective: Sound the Hunting Horn
|
|
Now that the hostages have escaped, I should return to Captain Farlivere and let her know what happened.
Objective: Talk to Captain Farlivere

- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
