If you drink this as a Vampire, it will immediately increase your vampirism all the way to Stage 4, similar to feeding.

- Purifying Bloody Mara is a drink that has the opposite effect, reducing your vampirism stage.
- Corrupting Bloody Mara is named after Mara, one of the Eight Divines.
