Cipher Gelon is a Nord Hushed who can be found inside of Quires Wind. Upon approaching him he transforms into a hushed. He has a rare chance to drop the antiquity lead of the Umbral Frame furnishing fragment for the Trifold Mirror of Alternatives.

As an elite rank NPC, Cipher Gelon is immune to crowd control.
- Lop
- Basic melee attack dealing moderate physical damage.
- Puncture
- Cipher Gelon thrusts his weapon with disciplined precision at a target, dealing moderate physical damage and afflicts the target with Major Breach for 11 seconds.
- Low Slash
- Cipher Gelon slashes the target's shins, dealing low physical damage and snaring. Blocking will reduce the damage taken, but not the snare.
- Blink Strike
- When far from Cipher Gelon, he jumps and disappears in a smoke just to land on the target with force, dealing moderate physical damage and knocking down in an area. This can be blocked to stagger Cipher Gelon instead.
- Corrupted Breath
- Cipher Gelon exhales a cloud of red mist, as indicated by a red cone, dealing moderate-high magical damage knocking down targets hit.
- Corrupted Pool
- Cipher Gelon launches a projectile that travels forward on the ground. Upon hitting a target or after a time, the projectile creates an area dealing continuous low magic damage and a Corrupted Shadow is summoned to fight you.
- Devour Life
- Cipher Gelon drains your life force via a red link, dealing minor magic damage and restoring three times the damage done in health every 1 second for 3 seconds. You are stunned in the air during this ability but you can break free of it.
- Corrupted Burst
- At 61% Health, Cipher Gelon teleports to the center of the arena and a growing area appears under him. When it is full, it deals moderate-high magic damage and knocks back. This activates "Crumbling Study".
- Crumbling Study
- Numerous books fall from high up, dealing moderate physical damage in an area upon landing. This continues until Cipher Gelon is defeated.
