Centurion Mthgrazzen is a damaged and overcharged Dwarven centurion encountered in the Gnisis egg mine during the quest A Melodic Mistake.
It is attuned to a nearby crystal, which combined together, form a barrier preventing progress deeper into the ruins. It summons dwarven spheres and dwarven spiders during combat.
