Brigadine Velus is an Imperial member of the Ivory Brigade who can be found at Az-Liurz's House with Councilor Faleria.
He will also be among the troops Lyranth gathered to storm Destruction's Solace during Ambition's End.

A Deadly SecretEdit
After you fail to save Councilor Jirich from being assassinated after she was reported missing, you will need to find and warn Councilor Faleria and Councilor Sophus. Brigadine Velus can be found with Faleria near Az-Liurz's House to the south of the city:
- Councilor Faleria: "Stay alert. I have it on good authority that I'm in danger."
- Brigadine Velus: "Of course, councilor."
Speaking with him, he will tell you his orders.
- "My orders are to protect the councilor, and I take my orders very seriously.
Bear that in mind and keep your hands away from your weapons. Do that and we'll get along fine."
Speaking to him after talking to Faleria:
- "Watch yourself, stranger. I am part of Councilor Faleria's personal guard. I will not hesitate to cut you down if you threaten her."
He can later be found at Tidewater Cave, where he is helping the councilor collect records along with two other brigadines.
Ambition's EndEdit
If you completed the Blackwood questline, he will appear as part of the reinforcements to assist you.
