Bothisii is a Dark Elf mage and member of the Mages Guild in Mournhold. She is standing by the fountain, looking forlorn. According to Sodra Hlaalu, something happened within the guild, and Bothisii appears to be upset about it. This is corroborated by Marashi's claim that the Mages Guild is going through a rough patch and Mage Vendras's assertion that the Guild is grieving. Bothisii will not talk to you.
