Bleed Damage is a Focus Script used in Scribing. It can be earned by completing Mages Guild daily quests, DLC daily delve quests, or Rewards for the Worthy chests from earning Alliance Points. Or it may be purchased from Chronicler Firandil in The Scholarium for 40,000 
(8,000 ) or Filer Ool in the Infinite Archive for 15,000 
(3,000 ). (The prices are lower if another character has already learned the script.)
