Bleakridge Barrow is a barrow found in Western Skyrim, just west of Karthwatch, containing Reachmen. It provides access to Red Eagle Ridge through a cave system. Both the barrow and Red Eagle Ridge can be explored without the related quest, though you cannot enter Red Eagle Tower.
A skyshard can be found above the entrance.

Red Eagle RidgeEdit
Red Eagle Ridge is a Nord ruin found beyond Bleakridge Barrow, above Karthwatch. After traversing the caves connected to the Barrow, you will emerge on the Ridge. It is currently home to Reachman forces and the captured citizens from Karthwatch. Small camps dot the path towards the main ruins where the Red Eagle Tower is found at the top.
