During Seeking Armistice, when you retrieve back both Sharp Tooth and Bitterfish totems and give them to Pim, a group of Sharptooth and Bitterfish Goblins will come to get back the totems and will not be hostile to both you and Pim. The goblins in Gray's Hollow will be become friendly to you and this includes any Bitterfish Bewitcher.
