Enter Bastion Nymic to fight against the enemies of Mora.

Ordinator Tandasea told me of a dangerous threat to Bastion Nymic, a stronghold in Hermaeus Mora's realm of Apocrypha. I agreed to find my way to the bastion and defeat Hermaeus Mora's enemies.

Quick WalkthroughEdit

Speak to Ordinator Tandasea in Necrom to accept the quest.
Kill four Herald's Seekers in Telvanni Peninsula or Apocrypha.
Enter Bastion Nymic and complete the event. It is recommended to do this as a group.
Return to Tandasea for your reward.

Detailed WalkthroughEdit

Speak to Ordinator Tandasea in Necrom to start the quest. You will have to hunt down four Herald's Seekers and gather Daedric Ichor. Each Herald's Seeker drops one Daedric Ichor for each player who participates in killing in while the quest is active. If you are in a group of four, each player will receive one Ichor, and only have to kill one Seeker. The quest will tell you to head to a certain region in either the Telvanni Peninsula or Apocrypha to hunt down Herald's Seekers, however, you can kill them anywhere and still receive the Ichor.

You will then be directed to head to the Writhing Wastes Edifice and directed to use the ichor on the gate. A projection of Ordinator Tandasea will also be there to talk to and get additional information from.

Once entered, you will be assigned one of three bosses to kill.

Subverted QuarterEdit

If you are assigned the Subverted Quarter, you will be facing the Eater of Secrets. Make your way through the Hermaeus Mora-themed part of the dungeon until you reach the Eater, and defeat him. After defeating him, you will be sent to the Subverted Quarter Overlook, which you must jump off of, to return to the original area you started in. Defeat the Irrefutable Herald located here.

Dreaming QuarterEdit

If you are assigned the Dreaming Quarter, you will be facing Kynmarcher Strix. Make your way through the Vaermina-themed part of the dungeon until you reach the Kynmarcher, and defeat him. After defeating him, you will be sent to the Dreaming Quarter Overlook, which you must jump off of, to return to the original area you started in. Defeat the Dreadful Herald located here.

Plagued QuarterEdit

If you are assigned the Plagued Quarter, you will be facing the Vhogor the Pestilent. Make your way through the Peryite-themed part of the dungeon until you reach Vhogor, and defeat him. After defeating him, you will be sent to the Plagued Quarter Overlook, which you must jump off of, to return to the original area you started in. Defeat the Noxious Herald located here.

Once whichever Herald you were assigned to is defeated, return to Ordinator Tandasea for your reward.

NotesEdit

The Prime Cataloger will also drop ichor.
Seekers can provide ichor however it's not a guaranteed drop, unlike from Herald's Seekers.
At release, this quest required your group to kill five Herald's Seekers. This was changed to four with Update 39.
