Assassin's Misery is a Signature Script used in Scribing. It can be earned by completing Fighters Guild daily quests, DLC daily world boss quests, or by completing town quests in Cyrodiil. Or it may be purchased from Chronicler Firandil in The Scholarium for 60,000 
(12,000 ) or Filer Ool in the Infinite Archive for 20,000 
(4,000 ). (The prices are lower if another character has already learned the script.)
