Arthosiis is a dragon priest found in Exile's Barrow in Wrothgar. He was banished from Skyrim in ancient times and led his followers west. He entombed himself within the barrow following the death of the dragon that Arthosiis served.
He uses a mix of battlemage and storm mage class abilities during combat.
