Detailed WalkthroughEdit
Speaking to Wayllod, a daily quest giver, he will tell you: "A mage named Morgan Osina needs someone to enter the Firepot. A very hot, very dangerous cave southwest of All Flags Islet. The pay is good, provided you accomplish a small task. The mage seeks assistance with some arcane research." He will give you Morgan Osina's Reagents, instructing: "Take this and sprinkle some of its contents on lava pools inside the Firepot. Then return here and you get paid. Simple as that."
You can choose to speak to Morgan Osina in the Mages Guildhall in Gonfalon Bay before heading out. She will tell you she is one of the foremost experts on fire magic and that the vents in Firepot have a primordial nature that can reveal untold mysteries. The reagents have been ensorcelled to gather fundamental information from the molten rock and send it back to her.
Make your way to Firepot in High Isle. Your task is to sprinkle Morgan Osina's Reagents at three locations throughout the delve. Use the quest markers to find the right lava pools. Each time you pour in the reagent, you will witness a small explosion.
After that, return to Wayllod to get your reward.

- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
