A Redguard Ancestor Spirit may appear in Heart's Grief depending on whether Septima Tharn, who is there if To Walk on Far Shores has been completed, is released. When she is released, the spectral spirit will appear and she will say "An ancestor spirit? Here? What are you―" right before the spirit walks up to her and stabs her with his sword. It has no unique dialogue.
