Amitra is a Nord mage who can be encountered near the Ragged Hills Wayshrine. Her brother, Harnald, resides in the Frostheart House. If you talk to Harnald, he conjures a portal to Amitra's location for you, so you can help her with the related quest.

When you approach her, she will be cursing at the Worm cultists:
- "Those damned cultists!"
She is trying to stop the Worm Cult from finishing a ritual at the Ragged Hills Altar:
- "Don't just stand there. Are you going to help?"
- What's going on?
- "The Worm Cult is all over the Ragged Hills Altar. One of their filthy rituals, I'm sure of it."
- And this means what to me?
- "We have to stop it! Who knows what foulness they might call down on us? Are you with us or not?"
- I'm in.
She will be expecting a scout to arrive to assist you in stopping the ritual:
- "I'm expecting a scout any minute now. He'll help you reach the top and stop the ritual."
- What's the plan?
- "Follow him to the ritual site and stop those Worms! He's ready when you are."
Speaking to her after Scout Littvolk arrives:
- "Please head to the ritual site. No telling what they're up to!"
Return to her after the ritual is disrupted.
- "So, everything work out all right?"
- We wiped out the cultists and stopped the ritual.
- "Wish I could have helped. But I had to, you know, guard the portal and everything."
Speaking to her after the quest:
- "Please don't tell Harnald how much you did here. He'll never give me another mission if you do!"
