Ambush Beetles are assassin beetles found in the Forgotten Wastes and on Amenos. They can also be summoned by spriggans.
Other than having a different name, they behave exactly the same as standard assassin beetles.
Skills and AbilitiesEdit
- Bite
- A basic melee attack dealing low physical damage.
- Poisonous Bite
- The beetle lunges forward and bites fiercely, with its mandibles dripped in green poison, dealing moderate physical damage and low poison damage over time. This attack can be blocked to set the beetle off-balance.
- Shadow Step
- The beetle teleports behind its target.
- Acid Blood
- This ability activates upon the assassin beetle's death. The corpse spills bubbling poison that appears on the ground as an AoE.
