Aetherion is a giant Celestial daedric titan found in Skyreach Pinnacle. He was created by the ancient Nedes during their experimentations in the laboratory. He serves as the final boss of the related quest.
He will continually respawn when killed; the only way to defeat him is to attack the core that appears briefly following his death.

When Aetherion reappears after the first burn phase on his core, without destroying it, he will be much weaker, having much less health and losing his champion difficulty rank.

Skills and AbilitiesEdit
Aetherion has most of the abilities of standard daedric titans, although his attacks deal massive damage in comparison. He also has three additional abilities, one being unique:
- Monstrous Claw
- A basic melee attack dealing high physical damage.
- Fire Blast
- Aetherion generates a path of flame directly in front of where it was cast, dealing high flame damage. This can be interrupted to stagger Aetherion and it will cast "Swallowing Souls" instead.
- Soul Flame
- The AoE left in front of the titan by Fire Blast if not interrupted. It deals fast ticks of moderate flame damage and snares targets inside.
- Swallowing Souls
- Aetherion unleashes a violent explosion in a short area around itself, dealing very high magical damage.
- Wing Gust
- Aetherion gets down on the ground and raises its wings, then unleashes a powerful gust, dealing high physical damage and launching you away.
- Slam
- Aetherion flies up into the air then slams down into the ground, indicated by a large growing circular AoE starting from his position, dealing massive physical damage, knocking back and stunning targets hit. This is often followed by "Etheral Flame"
- Etheral Flame
- After recovering from "Slam", Aetherion turns to face a player before breathing a long line of blue flames across the arena, in the form of multiple overlapping AoEs, causing continuous high flame damage when standing inside. The AoEs linger for a long time, long enough that two lines of fire can be active at the same time.
- Aetheric Explusion
- After Aetherion reappears following the first burn phase on the Aetherion Core, two blue orbs (Aetheric Fragments) begin to wander the arena, indicated by circular AoEs, dealing continuous minor magic damage when standing in them.

- Aetherion can be seen flying in the air in the background of the summoning room before and while battling the waves of enemies, until he lands down to fight you.
