Nocturnal's Shrine is a Daedric shrine north-northeast of Leyawiin.
It is east of Fort Redman, on the east side of the Lower Niben along the Yellow Road north of Blankenmarch. Two dirt paths lead from the road to the shrine, which stands at the end of a stone bridge across a pond.
Dhola, Francine Velain, and Mor gra-Gamorn can be found worshipping here. Mor gra-Gamorn begins the related quest, Nocturnal, once you reach level 10.
Two benches, a lectern with two lit candles, and three lit candles on a rock are in front of the shrine, with more lit candles lining the bridge and at the base of the shrine. A Nirnroot plant grows on the north side of the pond.
