Jeetum-Ze is an Argonian battlemage, in charge of new recruits at the Blackwood Company in Leyawiin. During the Fighters Guild quest Infiltration you will need to report to him to join the infamous Company. In the next quest - The Hist - you will need to kill him along with the rest of the Company members.
Before the related quest he can always be found wandering around the Company Hall.
He wears a complete set of Blackwood Company armor with a leveled longsword (always strongest for Jeetum-Ze's level). He also has a quilted doublet and a pair of tan linens with a small amount of gold. His spell selection consists of the standard random leveled Battlemage spells (always strongest for Jeetum-Ze's skill level) as well as another leveled major Destruction spell.

InfiltrationEdit
After being tasked by Modryn Oreyn to infiltrate the Blackwood Company, head to their Leyawiin Company Hall. Speak to second-in-command Ja'Fazir, you will redirect you:
- Join the Blackwood Company
- "You want to join us? Hmm... another guild rat leaving the ship. Very well. Speak with Jeetum-Ze. He handles recruitment here."
Jeetum-Ze himself will be initially suspicious:
- "Hmmm. Another comes to us. What is it?"
- "What is it you want? Come for a job?"
- Join the Blackwood Company
- "You wish to join the Blackwood Company, do you? Hmm...I think I've heard of you, though. Fighters Guild, aren't you? Done many jobs for them recently. Yes. What makes you want to join us?"
- No jobs with the Guild.
- "No jobs? Ha! There is much work to be done here in Cyrodiil! The Blackwood Company is more than willing to do it. You don't look strong enough to me, though. A bit inexperienced, perhaps. Still, maybe we will find work for you. You may join. For now. Since you seem eager to get started, follow me to the training area. We've got a mission you might want a piece of."
He will then head towards the Hall's training area. If you try speaking to him now he will dismiss you:
- "New blood. What is it?"
- "Move to the training area, downstairs. We will speak more there."
Once you are both in the training area he will give you and the three other members of the Blackwood Company on this mission a quick speech about your upcoming assignment:
- "The four of you have a mission. The settlement of Water's Edge has contracted us to take care of some goblins in the area. Apparently, they've been giving the locals some trouble. Shouldn't be a problem for you four, though. The three of you should be prepared by now, but as you see we have a new recruit with us as well. I'll need a word with you, recruit."
After this he will say to you:
- "You'll need to be careful on this mission. Sometimes new recruits have complications. They are not used to our methods. Take this. It will increase your skills in battle. We use it often. It is a good, good thing."
- What is this?
- "This? Why, it is a gift from the swamps of Argonia. Sap of the Hist. A present from my homeland. The Hist are generous to us. So generous."
- You smuggle Hist Sap?
- "Don't be stupid. We have returned with the Hist itself. One beautiful Hist, who gives her gifts to all the Company. The clever mages made it possible. Magic and iron. But this is not the time to talk. You drink your gift and go with your new brothers."
After this he will head back to the main hall, leaving you to drink the potion. Speaking to him again will have him insist that you drink the sap: "Drink. It is time to go."
The HistEdit
Once you have survived the ordeal at Water's Edge and been tasked by Modryn Oreyn to destroy the Blackwood Company, you will need to eliminate Jeetum-Ze. After slaying second-in-command Ja'Fazir, loot the key to Jeetum-Ze's room from his body and proceed up the stairs. After opening the door you will be immediately attacked by Jeetum-Ze, if he is present (see Bugs).
BugsEdit
- Jeetum-Ze was meant to wait in his room during the assault on the Blackwood Headquarters, but lacked a package to keep him there. This means you may need to exit and re-enter the room for him to appear inside.
- The Unofficial Oblivion Patch, version 3.5.1, fixes this bug.
