The Drothmeri Steward is a Dark Elf marauder whose name is Vaske. He resides in Sundercliff Watch and is the member of the Drothmeri Army responsible for keeping track of the rest of the army and their pay, a task he has been entrusted by Frathen Drothan himself, as outlined in the note he carries on his person. The Steward's Registry shows that he has indeed been diligently keeping track of all the comings and goings of his charges.
He takes his duties very seriously, and will be found just behind the sealed door in the first zone of Sundercliff Watch, either standing around or sitting at the nearby desk at all hours of the day.
He will attack you on sight. He wears leveled heavy armor (except a helmet and cuirass), although he is unlikely to have every item: he may carry greaves (75% chance), gauntlets (50% chance), boots (50% chance), a shield (25% chance), and/or lower class pants and shoes. Like most members of the Drothmeri Army, he also possesses a Drothmeri Tunic. He is armed either with a dagger or a shortsword which may be enchanted, starting from an 11% chance at level 4 and rising to 20% from level 9. The Drothmeri Steward is infected with Tunnel Cough.
