Yak gro-Skandar is an Orc thief who is waiting for a shipment of weapons from Lucan Ostorius. He may also give a small donation for the Buckmoth fund.
Yak wears a common shirt with matching pants and belt and netch leather gauntlets with matching boots. He carries an iron viperblade along with 200 gold. Like all Orcs, he has a natural resistance to magicka, and can boost his health, fatigue and attack for short periods, at the cost of agility; otherwise he knows no spells.
