Velsa Orethi is a Dark Elf crusader and blood guard in Venim Manor in Ald'ruhn. She is one of several guards tasked with preventing the escape or rescue of Varvur Sarethi from a secret room in the manor.
She wears a Dwemer cuirass, greaves, pauldrons, bracers, boots, and shield, an extravagant shirt, belt and pants. She carries a pair of extravagant gloves along with a silver longsword. Aside from her natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by her ancestors, she knows no spells.
