Sur Surishpi is a Dark Elf scout standing around a campfire just south of the Vos docks.
He is a minor trainer in Long Blade, Athletics and Block, but you will have to calm him first.
He wears a common shirt with matching pants and shoes and he carries a random ashlander weapon. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
