Balan is a Redguard scout located in the Druegh-jigger's Rest in Gnaar Mok.
She and her friends from the Thieves Guild got a foothold here in the struggle with the Camonna Tong for control of the Bitter Coast.
She is a medium trainer in Long Blade, and a minor trainer in Athletics and Medium Armor.
Balan wears a netch leather cuirass with matching greaves, boots, and a cloth right bracer. She also wears a common shirt with matching pants and carries a steel longsword. Like all Redguards, she has a natural resistance to poison and disease, and can boost her health, strength, agility and endurance for a short period of time. Otherwise, she knows no spells.
