- An alternate-art version of Alduin was available in the 2017 New Life Festival Pack.

- The card's art was created by Nuare Studio.
- The card's original art depicted Alduin with four legs, but was changed in Patch 1.66.
- Alduin's entrance line, "Ziil gro dovah ulse", means "Ever-bound dragon spirit", and in Skyrim it was how he addressed the dragon Sahloknir when resurrecting him.
- Alduin's attack line, "Daar lein los dii!", means "This world is mine!", and was one of his taunts in Skyrim.
