- From the introduction cutscenes, it appears Mazar was a companion of Odar in his campaign against the Ogres.
- Alassi, Mazar's daughter, is initially aged 27, while he himself is 41, which implies that he was 14 years old at the time of having her. This may be an error on Bethesda's part, as the official age for when a subject is grown and able to have children of their own is age 16.
