- Before the related quest, the grotto will be empty. During the quest, Neldam Beloth will appear after you search the chest for Alammu Nethre's heirloom. After the quest, Neldam will still be present unless you killed him or gave the package to Alammu.
- Outside the grotto you will find one wormwood plant.

Frozen GrottoEdit
The grotto is made up of a single, icy room: in the middle is a table and chairs, while nestled on top of a rocky spur is a minor loot chest. To the side is a bedroll and a number of crates and barrels. On top of these are some Dwemer artifacts, three silver ingots, a sabre cat snow pelt, 6 gold coins and silver platter containing an amethyst, an emerald, two garnets, a ruby and a sapphire. The chest nearby will hold Alammu Nethre's heirloom during the related quest. Around the room you will also find a coin purse and a gold ore. At the back of the grotto is a frozen pond: at the bottom you will find another minor loot chest.
