Detailed WalkthroughEdit
This quest starts after you complete Skooma Trade. A couple days after clearing Greyland, you'll get a journal entry telling you to talk to speak with Lerexus Callidus. He wants to find someone to live there so the skooma traders don't come back, so you'll need to go find On-Staya Sundew in the castle. She'll suggest looking for some new immigrants who don't already have a place to live, so it's off to the port. Ri'Shar, in the Census and Excise Office, can give you the names of a new couple, John and Lisa Vernik, who are currently staying at the Five Claws Lodge.
They'll be happy to settle there, but they need supplies, and you'll need to make sure no one else (i.e., more bandits) has taken up residence in the meantime. So, the first order of business is to clear out Greyland - again. Once that's accomplished, talk to On-Staya, and she'll give you a stipend for John and Lisa to get started. Take the money to them, and they'll go get settled in; you'll have to wait a few days to see how things are going, but you'll get a journal entry as a reminder.
When you return, they'll be well on their way to having a productive farm. Report back to Lerexus, and he'll give you 100 gold as a reward for your hard work.

- Notes
- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in random order.
- If an entry is marked as "Finishes Quest" it means the quest disappears from the Active Quest list, but you may still receive new entries for that quest.
- It is possible to use the console to advance through the quest by entering
setstage BANLeyawiinNewGreyland stage
, wherestage
is the number of the stage you wish to complete. It is not possible to un-complete (i.e. go back) quest stages. See SetStage for more information.
