Gorgo Big Claw is an Orc bandit boss and captain of the Harpoon, a ship docked in the Anvil harbor.
Gorgo can always be found in his cabin on the ship.
He wears a full set of enchanted orcish armor (sans helmet): Ferocious Cuirass, Greaves of the Unstoppable, Savage Gauntlets, and Peak Climber's Boots, as well as an Amulet of Reflection and Ring of Athletics, and is armed with a War Axe of Blizzards. He a silver goblet, tankard, and fork, flawless emerald and pearl, a gold nugget, 150 gold, and keys to the ship.
Gorgo's cabin is divided into two rooms; the lower part has a double bed, dresser, table, and armoire, while the upper has a tall bookcase, executive desk, sea chest, and loveseat. A picture above the table in the first room hides a wall safe with an assortment of valuables.
You'll most likely encounter Gorgo during the quest Blood and Wine; he's the one responsible for stealing the lost shipment, though he'll deny it at first: "What? What cargo? How about a knife in your throat?" At this point, you have two choices: demand it back, which leads to a fight: "Oh, you, bossing me around! I'll teach you how to talk!" or negotiate: "Is that so. Well... Ha! A thousand septims and the cargo is yours."
