Empire's Best Tailoring is a fine clothing shop located on the upper level of the Imperial City Market District.
The proprietor, Leialla, has 600 gold, a Mercantile skill of 30, and buys and sells fine clothing.
The shop is large and open; a space in front of the counter enables patrons to walk around in clothing they've tried on. Leialla designs her own clothing and has a small dais opposite the counter, backed by a mirror, where she can carry out custom fittings. The rest of the shop has tables and shelves where clothing is placed on display, racks of cloth for sale, and a bench where patrons can wait. A set of stairs leads up to her private quarters, and a door under the stairs leads to a store room.
The upper floor has two rooms, both accessed by a short hallway; the smaller is Leialla's work room, where she creates new clothing, and the larger is her living quarters. Her bedroom is full of fine furniture - a bed, armoire, bench, small dining table, bookcase, and a chest of drawers.
