This definitely seems Dwemeric in origin, but it's not something I recognize. As you all know, discerning the function of Dwarven machines is thirsty work. It looks like someone repurposed it, though. Some ancient scavenger, perhaps. |

I think this used to be a Dwarven rod of some kind; a device used to direct animunculi, or inscribe their strange maths on hard surfaces. These modifications don't appear to incorporate any of the devices complex machinery, though. |

Chimer fell into a real rut in the latter days of the Merethic. You don't often see Chimer-modified tools like this, but my best guess is that some opportunistic herder repurposed the rod's shaft as a simple nix-prod. Probably blasphemous, but effective. |
